The Sigma integration (id 40465fc7-4e45-4af1-b8f1-3dddc8294ade) is currently configured for Stripe TEST mode. As a result all MRR/churn/expansion numbers come exclusively from the Postgres Stripe replica with no live-billing triangulation. Action: rotate the api_key on the integration to a live-mode rk_/sk_, leave the rest of the config alone. Risk of leaving as-is: silent divergence between replica and source-of-truth that we can't detect.
