Summary
cards table has no index on created_at. Any time-bounded count(*) over the cards table requires a full sequential scan and is impractical to include in the nightly report. Action: CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY idx_cards_created_at ON public.cards (created_at). Should be a routine maintenance op.
