Summary
Take a first stab at refreshing the axum.co site. Keep the scope tight for this pass — a deeper redesign is tracked separately.
Scope:
- Keep it simple — no structural redesign.
- Fix dead links.
- Drop Hammer & Tusk from the site.
- Polish the services section so AI / agents / SaaS expertise reads alongside the existing blockchain positioning, not buried below it.
First step: sync with Jad right after the OKR call to scope the work.
Done when: the four scope bullets above ship and the home page reads cohesively for an AI / agents / SaaS prospect.
