Summary
Extend the SandCastle review layer beyond Claude:
- Add Codex as a second primary reviewer alongside Claude.
- Spin up three adversarial reviewers, one per dimension:
- Security
- Spec compliance
- Bug-hunting
Done when: the pipeline routes each output through Codex + all three adversarial reviewers, and findings from each role are surfaced as distinct sections in the review summary.
